Nikhil Rawal & Co. was established by a group of experienced Chartered Accountants and financial professionals with a strong foundation in taxation, auditing, and financial consulting. Backed by deep expertise in tax planning, GST, income tax, accounting, ROC compliance, and financial advisory, they bring a holistic approach to managing personal and business finances. Mr. Nikhil Rawal

CA Nikhil Rawal, founding partner of the firm, is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a thriving practice since 2006. A 44th rank holder in the CA PE-II exam, he is known for his academic excellence and deep financial expertise. He also holds an LL.B. (Special) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has completed the Information Systems Audit (ISA) course from ICAI, enhancing his capabilities in financial systems and controls.

With over 18 years of professional experience, he specializes in Income Tax, GST, Tax Audit, Corporate Audit, Management Consultancy, and Internal Audit. His diverse clientele includes resident and non-resident individuals, businesses, and corporates. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, CA Nikhil Rawal delivers strategic, value-driven solutions while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Mr. Rushabh Shah

With over 10 years of experience in Audit and Income Tax, he brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the firm. His professional journey spans a wide spectrum of services, including statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and management consultancy services such as asset verification and physical stock verification.

He has successfully handled concurrent audits of banks, audits of corporate entities, and GST positioning him as a key leader in the firm’s compliance and advisory services. Additionally, his international experience in UK VAT and self-assessment services reflects his ability to navigate global accounting practices and regulations.Known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellence, he continues to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
